If you have run out of your regular prescription medication and your GP surgery is closed, Crest Pharmacy may be able to help. Our Emergency Supply Service is designed to ensure that patients do not go without vital treatment during weekends, bank holidays, or out-of-hours periods.
How The Service Works: Emergency prescription when you need it.
Our pharmacists can assess your needs and, in many cases, provide a small emergency supply of your medicine to bridge the gap until you can obtain a new prescription. This service is subject to professional clinical assessment and legal requirements to ensure your safety.

We know you might have a few questions, so we’ve gathered the most common ones right here. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with our team.
If the supply is made at the request of the NHS (via 111), it may be free of charge. If it is a private request, a professional fee and the cost of the medicine will apply.
We can supply most regular repeat medications; however, there are strict legal restrictions on "controlled drugs" (such as strong painkillers) which usually cannot be supplied without a valid prescription.
