Description

How Does Rhinolast Nasal Spray Work? Rhinolast is a nasal spray that contains the active ingredient, Azelastine hydrochloride. Azelastine hydrochloride belongs to a group of medicines called antihistamines that works by blocking the action of histamine, a chemical that is released in the body during an allergic reaction. When you use Rhinolast, the Azelastine hydrochloride enters your bloodstream and starts to work in about 20 minutes. This helps to relieve the symptoms of hay fever and other allergies such as sneezing, itchy eyes, nose and throat.
