It’s simple: you complete our online nomination form, and we notify your GP that Crest Pharmacy is now your chosen dispenser. Once your GP sends us your prescription electronically, we process it within one working day and dispatch it immediately.
All you need to do is fill out our nomination form. We handle the rest, including contacting your doctor’s surgery to ensure your future prescriptions are sent directly to us.
Yes. Most of our customers use the service for their regular repeat medication, but we are also happy to process one-off prescriptions.
No. Our delivery service is completely free for all patients.
The cost is exactly the same as at a high-street pharmacy. If you usually pay for your prescriptions, the standard NHS charge applies. If you're exempt for any reason, then you don't have to pay. There's no extra charge for delivery.
Yes. If you are exempt from NHS charges, the service remains free. Please simply indicate your exemption reason on our nomination form so we can update our records.
