Your samples are sent to our partner UK laboratory (UKAS-accredited, ISO 15189 certified) for analysis. No. Our blood testing is private and self-referred - you can access it directly without going through your GP.
Only if you'd like them to. Results are sent to you directly. If anything in your results warrants follow-up, our pharmacist prescriber will discuss next steps with you, which may include sharing a copy with your GP - but only with your consent.
Most patients have their sample collected at the pharmacy or one of our locations throughout the UK by one of our trained team. Some tests use a finger-prick, others require a venous draw - your pharmacist prescriber will explain which applies to your plan.
Most results are returned within 48-72 hours of the laboratory receiving your sample. Some specialist panels (such as genetic tests) take 6 weeks. Turnaround times will be confirmed during your consultation.
